Welcome to Full Circle Wellness
Amanda Stowe, LMSW, IMH-E
Infant Mental Health and Family Therapist
Welcome to Full Circle Wellness. Amanda is glad you are here. Taking the step to ask for support can often feel overwhelming and scary. Amanda is here to come alongside you, wherever you or your child may be. Amanda's practice is rooted in relationship-centered care, focused on helping individuals and families thrive. Healthy communities are reliant on new parents feeling supported, children feeling understood, and caregivers having a safe haven to unpack the hardships of caring for young children.

Amanda is here to support you when becoming pregnant and a parent and through all the many challenges of this period, including regulating intense emotions, making sense of your new identity as a parent, and maintaining healthy relationships. Amanda is passionate about helping parents and their children feel connected to one another. Full Circle Wellness is here to support you through the hardest job, parenting. Children do not come with a manual and sometimes memories of our past or our own childhood become present when navigating parenthood. Unpacking your story and the many challenges of raising children can increase insight into your child's behavior and needs, resulting in a strong parent-child relationship, emotional regulation and a decrease of behavioral challenges.
Full Circle Wellness is also here for any individual who is struggling. Whether you feel misunderstood, stuck, anxious, alone or depressed, Amanda strives to create a safe, empowering and supportive environment for all to have the space to heal and grow. Through a holistic approach, she utilizes numerous therapy techniques. Some of Amanda's areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, struggles with attachment, postpartum depression, trauma, and children struggling with emotional regulation and behavioral challenges.
